Leo (short for Leonie) is an Australian Mum of two, with formal diagnoses of Autism, ADHD, DID, and depression. She is currently studying to work in mental health as a Lived Experience (Peer Support) Worker, with a bigger goal of challenging the existing mental health treatment model.

Leo's interests are many and varied, but fall under three main headings:

1. Information and Advocacy: Diversity issues, parenting issues and child rights, mental health needs and support, LGBTQIA+ (Alphabet People) support, Autism/ADHD education and support.

2. Personal Discovery and Growth: Identity, empowerment, resources, skillsets.

3. Creativity (both manual and AI): Art, Music, Technology, Sculpting, Woolcraft, building...
